Note the background "din" of conversation of diners... and how the piano music supplements the background sound to mask the clanging of dishes and other noise. It works out that the live piano music actually provides a sort of "white noise" that's better than ordinary "white noise" since the diners, when taking a break from conversation, actually have content to listen to. Youtube has essentially destroyed itself with interference ads. It's amazing that they be that dumb... apparently they are that dumb.
