Rick and Dorothy played the piano for 6 1/2 years here at Golden Buddha, a 5-star Asian restaurant near the airport in Phoenix on 44th St. just south of the 202.
They kept the music going 7 nights a week from 5:30 to 10 pm.
That's Steven Wong, the owner, on the left of the Golden Buddha. His concept was to create a "piano identity" for the patrons of the restaurant from the 6 hotels in the area that serviced people from all over the country and worldwide coming in and going out from the airport, as well as local residents of all nationalities. It worked.
Rick and Dorothy can make it work for your restaurant too.
