I've been using 5 Hour Energy for about 5 years. I couldn't believe it actually worked when I first tried it. It's been making me happier, more positive and talkative in many different situations. When I perform in front of an audience, I need all my organ-stops "open" and "switched on" so I never hesitate to use 5 hour energy an hour before I'm going to play. When I teach, I need to be sharp and attentive. I sure wish brainwave meditation tapes in the gamma range or a neurophone by Patrick Flanagan was available but short of that-- right now-- realistically-- in 2015, it's 5 hour energy.
