Dorothy and I watched the Macy's fireworks display and concert last night and were surprised to learn that we completely missed Barry Manilow's Let Freedom Ring in our own Independence Day concert. It's a great song and we'll be sure to add it to both the concert and our piano lesson planning.
After Manilow's performance, I've added fireworks as seen by drones- something new in 2014... but I didn't notice it until just this morning. As well the playlist will include a few more versions of Let Freedom Ring on piano.
